Apcotherm 800 CUI is a high-performance, single-component inorganic copolymer heat-resistant coating designed for protection against Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). It is suitable for carbon steel and stainless steel surfaces operating at temperatures from –196°C up to 850°C.

The coating provides excellent resistance to thermal cycling, weathering, UV exposure, and aggressive industrial environments. It is suitable for high-temperature piping, vessels, heaters, and insulated equipment, and can be applied as a high-build single-coat system for both new construction and maintenance.
